- Strong experience in building and deploying machine learning algorithms in a production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean code in Java or Python.
- Experience working with industry standard and frameworks like Keras, PyTorch, Spark MLLib, and Tensorflow.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
BIG DATA DEVELOPER
- Experience in building and deploying large scale, low-latency data processing systems.
- Experience with Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Apache Spark, Elasticsearch (ELK), Apache Flink, Kafka, and similar.
- Excellent understanding of performance, profiling, and optimizations.
- Solid knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with Linux.
- Team player and passionate about problem solving.
R&D PROJECT MANAGER
- Relevant academic education (Computer Science, Software Engineer and alike) - Mandatory.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a development position - Mandatory.
- At least 2 years’ experience in R&D matrix management or as a team leader / group leader of development team - Mandatory.
- Experience with modern development methodologies - Adventage.
- Experience in integrating new technologies to a product - Adventage.
- Multitasking capabilities and ability to deliver under timeline constraints.
- Excellent interpesonal skills.
